F.A.Q.

1. Shirt Sizing? All shirts are in men's sizes. The fit is true to the size, with a modern fit. It does not run big or small...its pretty much right on the money. Hats are "one size fits most" with an adjustable closure band in the back.

2.  Are there any specific care instructions for the shirts?   Our shirts are a very comfortable blend of cotton (60%) and polyester (40%).  They maintain their shape and size nicely. Care instructions are attached to the label. These instructions reflect: machine wash in cold water, only Non-Chlorine, do not iron decorations no bleach, and tumble dry low (Hang dry is suggested).

3. How are returns handled? We pride ourselves in delivering a quality product with our own unique custom designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the return period (14 days from delivery) we will happily refund your purchase price or issuance of a replacement upon return of the item. Of course, the item must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept returns on labels, but if there are any issues with your delivery let us know right away and we will work to address it immediately.

4.  Do I need to create an account to buy?  No.  We have found that for our repeat customers it does streamline the check out process.  In any event, your information will not be sold or distributed.  It is solely to allow us to facilitate your buying experience.

5. Can we ship outside of the U.S.?  For right now we ship only to mainland U.S. destinations.  

6. Discount/Promo Codes: Promo codes can not be used retroactively on any order and can not be used more than once per order or in combination with other promo codes. Promo code(s) expire after single use.
